Our goal is to provide you the very best in foods and supplements along with sound nutritional advice for your pet's life long wellness.
One of the things that sets us apart from other holistic food and pet supplement companies is our outstanding customer service. We are priviledged to have knowledgable individuals here in the USA, who collectively have over 150+ years of "real life" practical experience in showing, breeding, training and feeding dogs, in conformation, obedience and agility, as well as family pets. (toy breeds to giants). Because of this, we can relate to our customers needs and guide them in making the very best decisions for their beloved pets. We are honored to have had Linda Arndt "the GreatDaneLady" and her assistant Jane as our primary nutritional consultants. Since Linda's untimely death, Jane is now available to individuals for private consultation which can be set up by calling our office at (765) 287-8288. The telephone is answered between 10 am and 2 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Shipping: We ship Priority, Flat Rate Priority and International Priority rates. FCN is a small family owned company and not able to offer free shipping like the big ecommerce conglomerates who often buy almost out of date supplements and you have no recourse for returning product. However, what we have that they do not have is, first rate customer service, people to answer specific nutritional questions. We have real people here in the USA to help you and your vet with health problem solving and developing your pet's feed program. This is a service no other large companies offer their customers. Our customers appreciate the difference at FCN because we not only care, but have our own pets years of experience and we know nutrition!
