First Choice Naturals Refund Policy

Domestic Overnight Shipping
Overnight shipping does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. Rather than have you pay extra, we have great results with shipping Flat Rate Priority or Regular Priority shipping and your order is normally recieved within 1-2 days. Therefore we do not offer overnight  shipping.
 
Domestic Refunds and Returns

Refunds do not include the cost of shipping and special handling and products must be returned unopened within 30 days of shipment date.

For Refunds and Returns you  must call our office ahead of time to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (1-877-343-0724) or e-mail us at 1stchoicenaturals@comcast.net in advance of your returning the product.

A).  Individual Supplements - ordered from First Choice Naturals that are returned unopened,withn 30 days will be refunded, minus a 15% restocking fee. No shipping is refunded. Credit Cards will be credited with your refund. If paid by check you will be refunded with a check within 7 days. 

B). Supplement Kits  -   A Note About Our Kits
All the products in the Blackwatch Supplement Kits are there to work synergistically for your pet . They are all natural, human grade and time tested in feed trials. Therefore, if you order our Supplement Kits, please make sure you are ordering the correct one (contact us if in question at  1-877-343-0724), and understand we have a stringent return and refund policy on our "Blackwatch Supplement Kits".

If you ordered a supplement kit from First Choice Naturals, call our office
ahead of time to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (1-877-343-0724) or e-mail us at 1stchoicenaturals@comcast.net in advance of your returning the product.

If you order any of our  "Supplement Kits" and decide you do not want  the Kit - you must refuse it from the postal service at the time of delivery, either at your home, in your mail box or at your post office, and  you must contact us right away and tell us that you have refused shipment . The post office will return it to FCN.  It must be returned within 10 days of you recieving the Kit.

When the Supplement Kit arrives at our office, we will issue you a 50% refund on your credit card, or if paid by check we will issue you a 50% refund check within 7 days, minus the shipping cost.

OR

If you recieve the "Supplement Kit" and do not refuse it, but it is unopened and you return it to FCN at your expense with 10 days, you will recieve a 50% refund on your credit card, or if paid by check we will issue you a 50% refund check within 7 days, minus the shipping cost.

If you open any products in the "Supplement Kits" we can not take them back, so there is no refund on the Supplement Kits that are opened, and we suggest you donate them to your local animal shelter.

International Orders
Estimated delivery time for products that we have in stock is from the date of shipment from our office and provided no problems occur with your local customs. Some countryies may require various types of import licenses, check with your local postal authority. FCN will not be held responsibile or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. FCN will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office and will not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charges not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees only reflect the cost for us to ship to your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with the authorities before ordering.  All overseas shipping costs will be determined by the United States Postal Service and will be charged to your credit card after the USPS has weighed the package for shipping.  Whenever possible we try to ship USPS International Priority Shipping.
