This product is gluten free and now has lutein which is from the marigold flower and the highest lutein we can find. It works together with Vitamin A, C and E to absorb any free radicals that cause premature aging. It is included in this product with zeaxanthin and Vit D both shows to support against any progression of age related conditions.
Dosage: Take 1 capsule AM and 1 PM with food.
